Ebrahim Academy is a new Islamic Secondary school in Whitechapel. The school offers the national curriculum in combination with the memorisation of the Quraan and Islamic Studies along with a strong pastoral system underpinned by the teachings of Islam that will produce young people with high aspirations and morals.
Mission Statement
Educate students with Islamic values and beliefs and provide an excellent academic foundation for students to advance according to the capabilities bestowed on them by Allah (SMT), to excel and achieve their career goals and live harmoniously within the wider community in the United Kingdom.
At Ebrahim Academy, we aim to provide:
- To help our students develop love for Allah, His Messenger and the religion of Islam;
- To promote excellence in achievement through high expectations of every student and teacher;

- To inculcate Islamic integrity in all students;
- To prepare students for the duties and responsibilities of adult Muslim life

Curriculum
Ebrahim Academy will provide a broad and balanced curriculum. The day will be divided into two sections; Tahfeez and National Curriculum Subjects. The Tahfeez programme will concentrate on the memorisation of the Quraan with the correct pronunciation and Tajweed. National Curriculum subjects taught will include Maths, English, Science, Islamic Studies, Arabic, ICT, Geography and History. Further details can be found on the prospectus. (Click for pdf.)
Ebrahim Academy will be open from Wednesday 23rd September 2009 with initial students entry in Year 7 only. Please apply now for a place as there are limited seats available.
